We have very wide contacts in many countries all over the world. Our offers are mailed regularily to over 120 clients : machinery dealers, importers and directly to mills.
Imports
- Machinery.
Main import markets are : Germany, Spain, Italy.
For multispindle Wickman lathes, equipment and attachments of Wickman and Tangi Flow, Peterson Tools, and spares - UK and USA.
Services
- Dismantling.
Our specialized teams are capable of conducting careful dismantling of practically any kind of machine (they have gained already experience in dismantling of embroidery shiffli machines, many types of looms, ring and O.E. spinning frames, stenters, blow rooms , cards, roving frames, gill boxes, woolen card sets, stamping machines etc).
Prior and during dismantling – a detailed marking of all elements is done and a table of marking is delivered to the client. If necessary all cables are also separately marked (in case there is no correspondence with the technical documentation or lack of such one).
- Assembly of delivered machines
This job is organized by us and conducted by specialists in each type of machine (usually textile engineers or technicians with long experience).
- transportation
We undertake all processes connected with transportation organization: forwarding, loading, stowing, fastening, packing if necessary – according to standarts obligatory in international transportation.
- Custom clearance
We organize all works and documentation necessary for customs clearance in export and import as well as obtain any other required documents: EUR-1, Certificates of Origin, Survey reports, Quality/quantity control certificates etc.
- Multispindle metal lathes - we undertake to provide:
* lay-outs for components to be manufactured on Wickman lathes ( as per client's inquiry)
* Wickman machines technical inspections and surveys at client's sites
* service nad maintenance contracts for Wickman machines
* asistance in any new production project in metal industry ( e.g stamping etc)
